Dr. Tom Rayner graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed his residency training in adult psychiatry at the University of Nevada, Reno. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Clinical TMS Society. He specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders, emotional disorders, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance-related disorders, sexual and gender identity disorders, and adjustment disorders.
Dr. Rayner clinically focuses on working with individuals and families experiencing serious mental illness. As a medical officer in the Utah Army National Guard, Dr. Rayner has several years of experience and a passion for working with soldiers and veterans in our community.
Todd Andrepont-Aycock has been an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse for over 24 years. He obtained his master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia from DePaul University and Ravenswood Hospital Medical Center in Chicago, IL, and his secondary post-master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health from Texas Tech University. He has provided comprehensive, holistic anesthesia care as a board-certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) over the past 24 years at a Level 1 trauma center in Dallas, Texas. He has worked at multiple facilities providing ketamine infusion therapy for psychiatric, mental health, and pain management. His passion for helping people with adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns led him to advance his anesthesia practice to include board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner (PMHNP-C). His practice is open to all members of the LGBTQI+ population and inclusive to all communities. He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Psychiatric Nurses Association, American Society of Ketamine Psychotherapists & Practitioners, and certified in TF-CBT, EMDR, and ketamine assisted psychotherapy and harm reduction through Vital/Psychedelics Today and Transpersonal Research Institute of Psychotherapeutic Psychedelics.
Dr. Carrie Carda has been a practicing MD for over 25 years, obtaining additional training in hormone therapy for both men and women. Her practice now focuses on metabolic medicine, anti-aging, and running a successful weight loss center. Nearly ten years ago, she advanced her practice to include board certification in anti-aging medicine and has completed two Master’s programs from Georgetown University School of Medicine and the University of South Florida School of Medicine, studying Integrative Medicine and Nutrition.
Her knowledge base of herbal medicine and alternative medical therapies is extensive. She uses this to blend traditional Western medicine with ancient Eastern practices and ideology. Her passion is optimizing the human body through clean living and disease prevention. She believes this can be accomplished by educating the public about “self-care” over “healthcare” through nutrition, supplementation, and the emerging field of Regenerative Medicine techniques of Ozone, PRP, and cell biologic therapies.
Trevor is a specialized mental health counselor in the field of ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP). His approach is rooted in holistic wellness, person centered approach, and is supported by clinical research. Previously he was Director of KAP at the largest ketamine clinic in the Pacific Northwest where he has treated over 100 individuals using ketamine infusions, injections, and lozenges. He serves on the Therapist Advisory Panel of the ASKP3 and as board president and co-founder of the Professional Psychedelic Providers Association. His practice is driven by genuine human connection, inspiration & warmth, research supported decision making, and the understanding that wellness is unique to each individual’s life and circumstance.
